- A
shopping.agentcall is charged for its input tokens, output tokens, and tool calls. A tool call is a product search the agent runs inside the call to answer it. A call makes about 5 tool calls on average. - The three parts are added up per call and rounded up to a whole credit once. Each part is not rounded separately.
- Tool calls are billed only as part of the agent call. They are not counted as Search API requests.
- Calls from the Playground (Search and Agent) cost the same as API calls and count toward the same usage.
- Refused requests (cart, orders, coupons, store account, non-US market) and failed calls are free.
- Free credits: 1,000 credits on sign-up, then reset to 1,000 on the 1st of each month (US Eastern time). Unused free credits do not carry over.
